The Mercantour territory

With a length of 150 km, the territory extends over six valleys in the Southern Alps and covers two departments of France: the Alpes-Maritimes for about two-thirds of its surface, and the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence. The crystalline massif of the Mercantour National Park has valleys filled with the scents of the Mediterranean, Provence, the Alps and Italy. Verdon, Cians-Var, Ubaye, Tinée, Vésubie and Roya-Bévéra: each valley has its own distinct character!

The Mercantour Écotourisme association, as its name suggests, develops ecotourism, a form of responsible travel in natural areas that contributes to the protection of the environment and the well-being of local populations. Alongside the Mercantour National Park, it is a member of the European Charter for Sustainable Tourism (ECST).

Their values, their background

J'ai créé AD MONTEM, du latin « à la montagne » pour pouvoir proposer aux visiteurs et aux habitants la location d'une  gamme de vélos  électriques et de raquettes à neige. En tant que passionné de nature et de grands espaces et très attaché à la vallée du Haut-Verdon dans les Alpes de Haute Provence (04), j'ai souhaité ouvrir ma boutique à Colmars les Alpes où j'ai passé une partie de son enfance.
